Professional Member- $180.00 per year
Professional members hold the highest level of membership in the Guild. To be considered for a professional membership one must have a minimum of three commercially released projects, national distribution (cd baby, Amazon and Itunes qualify as national distribution outlets), radio exposure and use their talents as their main source of income. Professional members must be full time performers. Benefits of professional membership are:
- First consideration on all award show performances.
- All nominating and voting rights.
- First consideration for all television appearances through partnering broadcast companies and television networks.
- Discounts on all services offered through the Guild.
- Guild sponsored programs and workshops for professionals looking to expand their skills.
- Network with the brightest in the industry through programs and workshops throughout the year.
- Consideration for Board placement during elections.
Associate Membership- $120.00 per year
Associate members are next to the highest level of membership in the Guild. To be considered for an associate membership one must have a minimum of one commercially released project, distribution, product and spend at least 30% of their time traveling and performing throughout the year. Benefits of associate membership are:
- All nominating and voting rights.
- Discounts on selected services offered through the Guild.
- Guild sponsored programs and workshops for associates looking to expand their skills.
- Network with the brightest in the industry through programs and workshops throughout the year.
- Automatic placement into the “Guild’s Mentorship Program”
Entry Membership- $75.00 per year
Entry members are up and coming artists who have not yet achieved enough credits to move them into higher membership levels. All artists can qualify for entry level as long as they have aspirations of moving up through the “Guilds Mentorship Program.” Benefits of entry membership are:
- Voting rights.
- Discount on selected services through the Guild.
- Discounts on workshops and Guild sponsored programs for entry level members who are looking to expand their skills.
- Network with the brightest in the industry through programs and workshops throughout the year.
- Automatic placement into the “Guild’s Mentorship Program”
Group Membership- Groups of 2-6 members-$300.00 Groups with more than 6 members will add an additional $50.00 per member
This level of membership was designed for groups that consists of two to six members in one group. Group membership levels will still be judged on qualifications listed in the various level outlines. Benefits will be the same as whats contained in various membership level outlines.
